1. General Terms

1.1 Platform Operator

The tk677 platform (accessible at tk677.net and its associated subdomains) is operated by an internationally registered entity and is made available to players in Bangladesh on the basis described in these Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using the tk677 platform in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the platform operator on the terms set out herein.

1.2 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the tk677 platform, including but not limited to: the sportsbook (cricket betting, live betting, and other sports markets), the live casino, slot games, specialty games, the player account system, the deposit and withdrawal cashier, all promotional and bonus programmes, customer support services, and any other feature or service made available through tk677.net.

1.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between tk677 and players, including support tickets and dispute submissions, must be conducted in English.

1.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register a player account on tk677, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited; (c) provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information; and (d) not already hold an existing tk677 account. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active tk677 account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. If tk677 detects that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at tk677's sole discretion. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled in full.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

Players must provide their legal full name, a valid date of birth, a current Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address at the time of registration. This information must match the details on your government-issued identification document (National ID card or passport) exactly. tk677 will rely on this information when processing KYC verification and when confirming the ownership of payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals.

2.4 KYC Verification

2.5 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk677 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk677 does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Payment methods available may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum deposit amounts for card payments (Visa, Mastercard) may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. tk677 reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits at its discretion, including in the context of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's tk677 account in real time under normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. tk677 does not impose any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees. 3.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 3.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

3.6 No Money Laundering

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Promotion Eligibility

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, players who have already met the qualifying conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Promotions are offered at tk677's sole discretion and no player is entitled to any bonus unless the specific qualifying conditions of that promotion have been met in full.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sportsbook

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the tk677 trading team's decision is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8 below. In-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket, goal, or game period ending) has occurred but before odds have been updated may be voided at tk677's discretion.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on tk677 cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral ODI and Test series, and other domestic T20 leagues. Match result bets require the match to be completed in full unless the specific market rules state otherwise. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply. 5.3 Casino Games

All casino games on the tk677 platform — including slots, live casino tables, and specialty games — are provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) under licence. Game rules, RTP percentages, and paytable information are available within each game's information panel. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 Odds and Pricing

tk677 reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing or odds error at any time, including after a bet has been placed. 5.5 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk677 platform: (a) use of automated betting bots, scripts, or software; (b) arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; (c) collusion between two or more players to manipulate game or match outcomes; (d) exploitation of technical errors, bonus loopholes, or payment processing delays; (e) any form of match-fixing or knowledge of non-public information that provides an unfair advantage in sports betting. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Age Restriction & Verification

The tk677 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above and that you are accessing tk677 for personal entertainment purposes only.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

A player may request the closure of their tk677 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tk677 will process any pending withdrawal of the available real-money balance to the player's verified payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by tk677

tk677 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information; (c) involvement in prohibited betting practices as described in Section 5.5; (d) evidence of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity; (e) account activity that tk677 believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players; (f) failure to comply with a KYC documentation request within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Balances on Closure

Where tk677 closes an account due to a policy violation, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the violation. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, all balances may be frozen pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities. In cases involving less serious policy breaches, real-money deposits may be returned at tk677's discretion after any bonus balances have been deducted.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to a bet settlement, account decision, or transaction must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this deadline may not be considered. tk677 will acknowledge receipt of a dispute within 2 business days and will aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days. tk677's decision on disputes is final once the internal review process has been completed.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk677 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical downtime, game malfunctions, delayed withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, or actions taken by tk677 in good faith under these Terms & Conditions. tk677's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
